imap-uw架不起來

imap-uw 的預設值是不接受 plaintext 的密碼, 且有 SSL ...
要另外指定才可使用 plaintext password...

# cd /usr/ports/mail/cclient && make WITH_SSL_AND_PLAINTEXT=yes install clean
# cd /usr/ports/mail/imap-uw && make WITH_SSL_AND_PLAINTEXT=yes install clean
